We help small business owners to maximize individual, team, and organizational performance. We utilize what we know about systems, and what we know about human behavior, to plan and manage the development of small businesses into thriving, growing, healthy, organic human systems that meet the needs of all their stakeholders.

This holistic approach to Organizational Development builds upon our Business Coaching and  draws upon best practices  from the behavior sciences -- psychology, sociology, cultural anthropology, and other related disciplines.

We help our client organizations to focus on their “one thing,” that for which they have passion and capability and that which drives their economic engine. We accomplish this by assisting in linking and aligning individual and collective efforts.  By maximizing the performance of people, work processes are efficiently implemented, customer satisfaction is enhanced, and a favorable return is offered to the bottom line.

Simply put, an Organization Development practitioner is to an organization as a physician is to a human body. The practitioner "diagnoses" (or discovers) the most important priorities to address in the organization, suggests a change-management plan, and then guides the organization through the necessary change. There are different definitions and views on how the change should occur.

By its nature, OD consulting is fresh and unique to each client situation.
